Removal does not guarantee a refund.
All membership fees are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are issued at the discretion of House of Heaux LLC. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services: your email, profile details, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers). We do not sell your data. Your dating profile is only visible to other authenticated members with active HerMatch™ profiles.
